Where do i start? What an amazing hotel and facilities!!! The staff were superb! No request was too big or small - they were all polite, helpful and wanted to ensure that every guest had a relaxing stay. Really impressive how the management takes care of all the staff. Our room was furnished to a high standard and we even had the luxury of an evening fire in the fireplace. The grounds of the hotel are still as amazing with animals freely roaming in the garden and outdoor bar area. The food was purely delicious!! An amazing variety and a good selection for other dietary needs. The quality of tea and coffee served were extremely high - a reflection of the local produce. The staff at the hotel are knowledgeable in whichever department they work - the rangers and guides for the safari experiences clearly love their job which showed through their knowledge. I'm so glad the Animal Orphanage is still at the hotel together with the conservation projects. We had an amazing few days here.

This hotel was a superb start to our honeymoon I'm Kenya. Everything about it from the welcome to the room to the food to the safari was perfect. We were with our 9 month old so everyone was very accommodating & we found it a comfortable stay for all of us. Bonus for our room was the fireplace & having it lit every night & hot water bottles in our room. The hotel is beautiful with gorgeous grounds & they're very organised for the game drives. Many thanks to Samson who we communicated with. & there's an animal orphanage on site. Kamata our driver was fantastic & we really enjoyed the game drive who did his best for us to see lions & giraffes! We did a closer & half day game drive as more suitable for baby. All the staff in the restaurant were great, special mention, Angelique. Definitely visit again if we go back to that part of Kenya again.

Beautiful property with top notch service and amazing staff. Shout out to Beatrice from the activities desk for her warmth and hospitality. Lots of activities to choose from and very well organized. Highly recommended.

the location was outstanding and perfect. The view of Mt kenya and few animals coming till the lobby and kids enjoying it was fabulous

Quite, peaceful ,tranquil environment with great views of Mt Kenya. Excellent breakfast experience, lunch and dinner fabulous . Large open spaces ,large pool .
